Caja has transitioned to a mini-market model. In the market on Thursdays, you will find a beautiful assortment of local fruits and vegetables and some staple favorites. You grab a bag and make the share that make sense for your household.

Note that this share is only for fruits and vegetables. Whole grains, olive oil, nuts, and the like are for purchase as other kinds of shares.
